Senior Residential Architect / Project Architect / Project Lead

Role Description The Senior Residential Architect / Project Architect / Project Lead is a full-time, hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA, with some flexibility to work from home. This role leads residential projects from early design through construction, including programming, schematic design, design development, and construction documents. Demonstrated expertise in Architecture, with strong residential design experience and proficiency in building codes and construction detailing.Hands-on Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.Experience managing Submittals, RFIs, and other construction-phase documentation to ensure quality control and alignment with design intent.Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools (e.g., Revit or similar) for design, documentation, and coordination.Knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles and an interest in sustainable and high-performance building strategies.Professional degree in Architecture and licensure or active pursuit of licensure in the United States.Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities, with a collaborative approach to working with clients and team members.Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accuracy under deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
