Konik is partnering with a well-respected, locally based residential design-build firm seeking a Senior Residential Architect to lead high-end residential remodeling and renovation projects. This role is ideal for an ambitious architect who is passionate about design, energized by client collaboration, and motivated to help elevate the firm's design reputation, project caliber, and long-term growth. The Senior Residential Architect will lead design visioning for projects ranging from approximately $750,000 to $1.5M, serving as a trusted creative voice for clients while collaborating closely with internal design team, project managers, and craftspeople. Senior Residential Architect Qualifications:Licensed Architect required 10+ years of residential architecture experience with a strong portfolio of high-end residential renovations, remodels, older homes, and custom residential work.
