Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design for contemporary residential projects.Demonstrated ability in Design Management, including leading design phases and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.Proficiency in preparing and reviewing detailed Construction Drawings and BIM-based documentation.Effective Communication skills for collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal construction staff.Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) and active licensure or licensure track in the United States.Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design and modeling tools (Revit, Lumion)Experience in design-build delivery, with a strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and building materials.Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high quality in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to sustainable design principles and familiarity with energy-efficient and ecologically responsible building strategies.
