You'll be responsible for taking architectural drawings and specifications, building detailed structural models, coordinating with engineering teams, and ensuring projects move efficiently from concept through production. Review architectural drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate structural modelsUtilize Autodesk Revit to build and maintain project models from concept through productionGenerate erection drawings, elevations, sections, details, and construction documentationCoordinate closely with senior engineering leadership to review designs and ensure accuracySubmit models and drawings for engineering review and approval, incorporating revisions and updates as neededCreate Requests for Information (RFIs) when project information is incomplete or requires clarificationWork alongside junior drafters who will develop individual component and piece drawings based on approved modelsSupport production and quality teams by providing technical clarification and drawing updates throughout the manufacturing processCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and production personnel to ensure successful project executionWhat We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of Revit drafting, detailing, or structural design experienceStrong proficiency with Autodesk Revit requiredExperience with EDGE Revit software is highly preferredAbility to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and engineering specificationsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and WordExcellent communication, organization, and time management skillsExperience within structural, precast concrete, construction, or related industries is highly preferredWork Environment & Schedule While this role is targeted toward experienced designers, we are also interested in speaking with early-career Revit professionals with approximately 2-3 years of experience who have strong technical aptitude, blueprint reading skills, and a desire to continue growing within structural design and drafting.
