Key Responsibilities
Own solution leadership on accounts, ensuring clarity and quality throughout
Collaborate with teams to define solution approaches and design complex workstream solutions
Lead and mentor a team while facilitating workshops and decision meetings
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations and technical solution design
Deep expertise in solution architecture and Salesforce platform capabilities
Ability to anticipate issues and communicate effectively with diverse teams
Experience in supporting business cases for technical investments
Bonus : Certified Salesforce Application Architect or Systems Architect (or actively pursuing)
