The Role

The Senior Solution Architect Lead will collaborate closely with various Business Units, spearheading innovative conversations to drive company growth. A successful candidate will leverage their technical and communication skills, alongside their business acumen, to comprehend business requirements, create robust technical architectures, and subsequently present solutions that are both impactful and provide significant business value.

Main Responsibilities

Architectural Standards: Define, publish, and maintain well-structured cloud and application architecture patterns, including various reference architectures and cost models.Cost Management: Integrate cost awareness into architectural designs, ensuring cost efficiency is prioritized from the outset, using FinOps principles to guide decisions.Governance Assurance: Actively participate in architecture governance and review processes, synthesizing technical and financial impacts for well-informed decision-making.Documentation and Enablement: Promote the adoption of standard architecture patterns through comprehensive documentation and direct collaboration.What We Look For in a Candidate

Experience: A minimum of 10 years in cloud, platform, and application architecture, showcasing senior-level ownership and influence.Expertise: Proven background in designing enterprise-scale, multi-cloud architectures across both application and platform layers.Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to engage and influence both technical and business stakeholders at senior levels.Preferred Qualifications & Certifications

FinOps Certified Practitioner (FCP)TOGAF Certification (or relevant enterprise architecture experience)Professional Cloud Architect certifications (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)Experience with Enterprise Architecture and Cloud Centers of Excellence (CCoE).This position allows remote work within the US, fostering flexibility and productivity in our dynamic environment.

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this role varies by location:
