Senior Solutions Architect

The Senior Solutions Architect will be at the forefront of designing and developing Acxiom's enterprise solution portfolio. This pivotal role transforms Acxiom's core capabilities in identity, data, and enrichment into commercial solutions that drive measurable outcomes for clients. We seek a candidate who excels in merging strategy, product development, and market readiness, ensuring alignment between Acxiom's offerings and market demand.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Development & Strategy: Engage in client discussions and discovery sessions to pinpoint essential business needs and articulate them into solution prototypes and architectures for Acxiom and Omnicom. Evaluate new opportunities to minimize redundant efforts. Commercial Readiness: Take fresh concepts to market by packaging Acxiom's identity, data, and enrichment capabilities into clearly defined offerings with comprehensive scope, methodologies, and pricing strategies. Cross-Organizational Collaboration: Partner with Product, Delivery, Services, and Platform Integrations teams to ensure solution designs are technically feasible and operationally deliverable. Define responsibilities clearly across organizational boundaries. Go-to-Market & Field Enablement: Work with Marketing to create materials that empower sales teams with outcome-driven narratives and competitive insights. Market & Industry Intelligence: Monitor evolving technologies, competitive trends, and industry shifts to discover new solutions or enhancements, focusing on practical applications. Mindset: Foster curiosity, embracing complex problems, and converting them into structured offerings. Drive continuous improvement by seeking feedback from delivery and sales teams. Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years experience in the Ad Tech, Martech, or Identity sector. Proven ability to design, prototype, and scale data, identity, or martech solutions. Experience in translating client discussions into actionable solution architectures. Demonstrated success in building repeatable solution frameworks. Hands-on experience incorporating AI tools to enhance solution design and analysis. Familiarity with partner ecosystems (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce, Adobe, GCP). Strong relationship-building skills across organizational stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a multi-agency environment emphasizing cross-organizational coordination. Background in solution support, sales, or marketing roles. Ability to critically assess AI outputs for accuracy and relevance. Familiarity with Acxiom products, solutions, or services. Primary Location: Homebased - Conway, Arkansas.
