As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will take on a pivotal role in delivering data integrations for our enterprise customers, streamlining the implementation of our recruiting solutions. This position is a unique blend of technical expertise and client interaction.

In your day-to-day activities, you will:

Act as the primary technical advisor for enterprise clients, leading technical scoping, discovery, and solution validation for ATS and system integrations.Convert client business requirements into actionable technical solutions by addressing workflow, configuration, and integration needs.Provide technical support during sales cycles, assisting with proposals, timelines, and deal structures.Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding of integrations and maintain clear communication.Identify potential risks and dependencies that may affect deployment, and proactively address them.Create and maintain reusable technical assets, such as integration diagrams and best practice guides.Contribute to continuous improvement by gathering feedback from clients to inform Product and Engineering teams.Your qualifications should include:

A minimum of 5 years in a related field with a Bachelor's degree; 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; equivalent experience may substitute for degree requirements.Strong knowledge of enterprise integrations, APIs, and modern web technologies (e.g., REST, JSON).The ability to conduct technical discovery and articulate complex concepts into clear business outcomes.Experience engaging with IT, Security, and Compliance teams in enterprise settings.Proven problem-solving skills with a knack for rapid troubleshooting and resolution of challenges.Exceptional communication and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences, including executives.A collaborative mindset with experience working across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.Salary Range: $84,000 - $175,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
