Senior Solutions Architect - Digital Banking Solutions

The Solutions Architect will lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge digital banking solutions. As a key member of the technology team, this person will work closely with stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and business leaders, to deliver exceptional customer experiences in the digital banking space. • Ensure solutions align with business goals, compliance standards, and industry best practices. Stakeholder Collaboration: • Partner with business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. including strong experience in software development and design techniquesExperience with operational/ technology strategic and architecture development, preferably within a financial services organizationWorking knowledge of project management and development approachesStrong working knowledge of the banking industryStrong technical skills with key support applications, (i.e., Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio) Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulationsAbility to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manualsAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.Must be able to establish and maintain a high level of credibility with all levels of internal and external customers.Superior presentation skills.
