The Salesforce Service Cloud Lead P4 Onshore is a senior techno-functional role responsible for leading Salesforce Service Cloud delivery driving solution quality and acting as a key interface between business stakeholders architects and offshore delivery teams The role requires strong handson capability ownership of outcomes and customer facing leadership 7 to 11 years of overall Salesforce experience Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud Prior experience in Onshore client facing roles Experience in leading offshore delivery teams Exposure to largescale Salesforce programs is preferred Salesforce Service Cloud Expert Salesforce configuration automation Flows Rules Apex LWC review guidance level Salesforce security model roles profiles permission sets Integration awareness REST SOAP Agile Scrum delivery experience Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of overall compensation like an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive pay and other forms of bonus or variable compensation.
