This role will provide day‑to‑day solution architecture strategic assessments, guidance, and operational assistance to the M&A Integrations (MAI) team in the development of sustainable technology answers for newly acquired agencies.Multi-Cloud and Hybrid Infrastructure DesignArchitect and integrate AWS, Azure, GCP, and on‑premise systems to support a smooth transition and compatibility across client's infrastructure.Leverage IaC tools (Terraform, ARM templates, Cloud Formation) to standardize deployment, minimize manual configurations, and ensure rapid onboarding of acquired infrastructures.Active Directory and Identity ManagementImplement and maintain Active Directory (AD DS), Azure AD, and Entra to ensure unified identity management across multiple acquisitions.Manage IAM policies and access controls across multi‑cloud environments, optimizing security and scalability for incoming user and service accounts.Cloud Migration and Legacy ModernizationDesign migration strategies for legacy data centers and applications, including planning, lift‑and‑shift, re‑platforming, or retiring old systems post‑M&A.Hands‑on experience with VMware and Hyper‑V for on‑prem virtualization, integrating with cloud platforms for a seamless hybrid setup.Operational Support and TroubleshootingIdentify and resolve technical issues related to networking, storage, authentication, and integration for acquired systems.Skilled in diagnosing performance bottlenecks and compatibility issues within complex, multi‑tenant, and multi‑cloud architectures.CI/CD and Dev Ops AutomationEstablish and maintain CI/CD pipelines, utilizing Azure Dev Ops and Git Hub Actions to automate deployments and streamline code integrations for hybrid cloud environments.Configure and optimize Dev Ops pipelines for incoming workloads, ensuring minimal disruption to continuous deployment cycles and release schedules.Disaster Recovery and Backup SolutionsDesign, deploy, and manage backup and restore processes (Azure Backup, AWS Backup), ensuring continuity and compliance for critical systems.Familiarity with Site Recovery Manager (SRM), object‑level restores, and disaster recovery setups across multi‑cloud and on‑premise setups.Technical Documentation and Stakeholder CommunicationDocument integration processes, architectural designs, and M&A onboarding steps to maintain clarity and provide actionable insights for operational teams.Regularly communicate with Enterprise Architecture and MAI stakeholders to ensure alignment with client’s architectural standards and business goals.Seniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesInsurance#J-18808-Ljbffr
