Job Overview:

As a Senior Technical Architect specializing in Dynamics 365 ERP implementations, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering transformative solutions for our clients. This position requires strong technical leadership and a focus on ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction in complex projects. You will work collaboratively with internal teams, clients, and partners to build sophisticated enterprise systems that meet business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Solution Design:Lead the architecture for D365 F&O and integrated applications utilizing Power Platform and Azure services.Choose and apply the appropriate integration patterns and design secure, efficient APIs.Develop data and analytics strategies that facilitate reporting, automation, and AI integration.Incorporate nonfunctional requirements like performance and security with measurable standards.Delivery Leadership:Act as the client-facing technical lead throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery to go-live.Establish the foundational setup for delivery, including environments and security.Ensure delivery meets quality standards and aligns with strategic goals.Set and enforce engineering practices, including code quality and documentation standards.Collaborate with Crowe specialists and Microsoft to enhance project outcomes.Copilot & AI Enablement:Create ERP and integration solutions to leverage data effectively for advanced analytics.Integrate automation into processes to improve efficiency and decision-making.Assist clients in adopting AI capabilities responsibly, ensuring compliance and security.Advisory, Pre-Sales & Thought Leadership:Contribute to proposals, conduct client demonstrations, and provide estimates.Develop reusable solutions and mentor other team members.Qualifications:

Required:

8+ years of experience delivering enterprise solutions on Microsoft platforms, with 5+ years focused on D365 F&O/AX or CE (including 2-3 full-cycle implementations).Bachelor's degree.Hands-on expertise in D365 F&O extensibility, environment strategies, and Microsoft Lifecycle Services.Proven experience with Power Platform and Azure integration services.Strong background in integration methods and nonfunctional design.Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes.Comprehensive understanding of security and governance practices.Relevant Microsoft certifications.Preferred:
