Senior Technical Architect Location: Hartford, CT (Hybrid) Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture, design, and modernization of enterprise applications and data platforms.Define application, integration, cloud, and data architecture strategies aligned with business objectives.Drive technical leadership across global development teams and ensure adherence to architecture standards.Design scalable, secure, high-performing solutions using .NET, Azure/AWS, APIs, and modern integration patterns.Lead architecture reviews, code reviews, governance activities, and technology roadmap planning.Modernize legacy applications and enable digital transformation initiatives.Design and implement API-driven, event-driven, and messaging-based integration solutions.Collaborate with Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and enterprise architecture standards.Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance throughout the SDLC.Required Qualifications Insurance, Reinsurance, or Financial Services industry experience.Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and digital transformation programs.Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in highly regulated environments.Experience supporting inspection, scheduling, or operational business processes.Ideal Candidate A seasoned Technical Architect with strong expertise in enterprise application architecture, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), .NET technologies, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
