We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with 10+ years of proven software engineering, architecture, and team delivery experience. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution—partnering directly with Business Analysts and key stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, high-performing software solutions. You will own end-to-end architectural design, lead hands-on development, manage an offshore development team in India, and drive modern AI-enabled engineering practices, including Agentic AI solutions on AWS. * Experience with Cloud Data Platforms or modern event-driven architectures. * Certifications in AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) or Java technologies.
