Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Technical Architect with strong expertise in AI, Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, and enterprise system architecture. The ideal candidate should have a proven background in designing scalable, distributed systems and leading complex technical architecture initiatives.

This is an architecture-focused role, not a Senior Developer position. We are specifically looking for someone who can own technical architecture, make strategic design decisions, and communicate effectively with senior business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and lead enterprise-level technical architecture and system design.Design scalable, highly available microservices-based architectures.Provide strong hands-on architectural expertise across Java, Spring Boot, and distributed systems.Design and integrate AI/GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications and platforms.Evaluate architecture patterns, technology choices, APIs, integration strategies, scalability, and performance.Lead technical discussions with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.Establish architecture standards, best practices, and technical roadmaps.Review existing systems and drive modernization and architectural improvements.Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and senior business audiences.Must Have:

Strong Technical Architecture / Solution Architecture experience.Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices.Strong System Design / Distributed Systems knowledge.Hands-on AI / GenAI architecture or enterprise AI integration experience.Experience designing scalable and highly available enterprise systems.Excellent strategic thinking and mature communication skills.Proven experience working as an Architect, not simply a Senior Developer performing some architectural tasks.
