This is a highly visible technical leadership role responsible for driving enterprise monitoring strategy, architecting scalable observability solutions, and advancing AI-enabled operations. You'll partner with infrastructure, application, and engineering teams to improve system reliability, performance, and operational intelligence across a large-scale enterprise environment. Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise observability and monitoring solutions. AI/ML experience within IT Operations or Observability.
