One of the
leading banks
is expanding its
Enterprise Observability Platform
and is seeking a
Senior Technical Engineer / Architect
to lead the design and evolution of next-generation monitoring solutions across the enterprise.

This is a highly visible technical leadership role responsible for driving enterprise monitoring strategy, architecting scalable observability solutions, and advancing AI-enabled operations. You'll partner with infrastructure, application, and engineering teams to improve system reliability, performance, and operational intelligence across a large-scale enterprise environment.

What You'll Do

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise observability and monitoring solutions.
Drive Application Performance Monitoring (APM), Network Performance Monitoring (NPM), and ServiceNow Event Management initiatives.
Design scalable monitoring architectures and establish enterprise standards and best practices.
Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-driven observability and intelligent operations.
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
Lead enterprise-wide implementations, mentor engineering teams, and provide technical leadership across multiple initiatives.
Support solution testing, integration, production readiness, and continuous platform improvements.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to optimize monitoring capabilities and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

10+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, systems architecture, or enterprise platform engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with
Dynatrace
.
Deep understanding of
Application Performance Monitoring (APM)
and
Network Performance Monitoring (NPM)
.
Experience designing enterprise monitoring architectures and leading large-scale implementations.
Knowledge of
ServiceNow Event Management
integrations.
Excellent troubleshooting, architecture, and technical leadership skills.
Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Nice to Have

IBM SevOne experience.
AI/ML experience within IT Operations or Observability.
Cloud monitoring experience.
Financial services or other large enterprise environments.
