Senior Transit Facilities Architect 6

Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for transit facility architecture projects, leveraging deep knowledge of transportation systems and urban mobility solutions.Lead architectural design from planning and concept development through final design and construction support.Act as Architect of Record where required, including signing and sealing architectural documents.Make and document key technical decisions, manage design risk, and uphold quality standards across projects.Review and approve architectural drawings, technical calculations, specifications, and design deliverables. CDM Smith will conduct interviews of qualified individuals prior to requesting a criminal background check, and no job application submitted prior to such interview shall inquire into an applicant's criminal history. If this position is subject to a background check for any convictions related to its responsibilities and requirements, employment will be contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation including criminal history. In addition, during employment individuals may be required by CDM Smith or a CDM Smith client to successfully complete additional background checks, including motor vehicle record as well as drug testing.
