Day to Day We are in search of a highly skilled Workday HCM Architecture Specialist to lead the design and implementation of scalable and impactful solutions within our Workday system. This pivotal role will focus on our most critical projects, requiring extensive functional expertise, exceptional architectural decision-making skills, and the ability to drive collaboration across HR, IT, and Engineering teams. As a senior team member, you will bridge the gap between strategy and execution by transforming complex business demands into sustainable Workday solutions that provide measurable benefits. You will report to the Senior Manager of Finance and People Systems.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with delivery leads to design comprehensive solutions for intricate Workday HCM projects, considering platform-first principles and cross-module dependencies.Establish and uphold architectural standards that emphasize simplicity, scalability, and extensibility.Lead the strategy for automation and user experience by identifying and implementing processes to reduce manual effort and errors using Workday AI and Orchestrations.Define best practices for creating reusable, enterprise-level automation and workflows across various functional areas.Work closely with analytics teams to develop robust reporting solutions allowing for actionable insights.Evaluate the benefits of Workday's native functionalities versus external tools, leaning towards platform solutions.Engage with Product, HR, IT, and Engineering teams to align priorities, influence crucial decisions, and mentor fellow team members in best practices for solution design.Skills/Competencies

Bachelor's degree or higher with substantial relevant experience in Workday HCM solutions.Expertise in multiple Workday HCM domains with a proven history of delivering complex enterprise solutions.In-depth understanding of Workday security and reporting frameworks.Proficiency in translating intricate business needs into adaptable architecture.Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.Experience in mentoring and guiding others in solution design processes.Salary Range Transparency The salary for this role varies based on experience. The range is between $110,000 to $228,000 per year depending on qualifications. Compensation packages include various incentives, benefits, and allowances.
