Position: Senior Zscaler Architect - L3 Escalation Lead

Duration: 6 - 12 Months with potential for extension or ongoing engagement

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Zscaler architect with a strong troubleshooting history and leadership skills. In this role, you will tackle complex production issues, drive design optimizations, and mentor your team.

Core Requirements (Must-Have)

Zscaler Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with ZIA (Internet Access), ZPA (Private Access), and ZDX (Digital Experience). Familiarity with policy configuration, app connectors, traffic forwarding, admin portal management, and log analysis is essential.Advanced Troubleshooting: Must demonstrate a track record of resolving intricate, non-standard issues, including root cause analysis of DNS, Authentication/SSO, network routing, and application access.Networking Fundamentals: Solid understanding of IPSec and GRE tunnels, PAC files, DNS, and routing.Security Architecture Knowledge: Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and Secure Web Gateway (SWG), along with integration experience across identity providers like Azure Active Directory and CyberArk.L3 Escalation Ownership: Experience as a final escalation point, managing outages and critical incidents in 24/7 production environments.Leadership and Communication: Ability to mentor L1/L2 engineers and lead technical discussions effectively.Preferred Qualifications

Zscaler certifications (ZCP, ZDTA, ZDTE, ZDXA)Familiarity with Palo Alto and Cisco technologiesBackground in network security architectureIdeal Profile
