Service Architect

A company is looking for a Service Architect to define, document, and standardize the service layer across managed service offerings. Key Responsibilities Work with Pre-Sales Technical Architects to design solutions that meet customer requirements during tenders and bids Define service processes supported by operational teams, including onboarding workflows and SLAs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity on service definitions and support tactical opportunity prioritization Required Qualifications and Experience Experience defining service processes, customer journeys, or operational workflows Background in managed services, SaaS, MSP, or similar service-based environments Experience supporting presales or bid processes Ability to engage with customers to clarify and develop service requirements Strong analytical skills to turn ambiguous requirements into structured artifacts
