Description:Cre8tive Technology & Design is seeking a Service Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping client solutions, bridging business needs with scalable service offerings and successful delivery strategies. Cre8tive Technology & Design is an industry-leading technology partner specializing in end-to-end business solutions that amplify efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity for manufacturers. Additionally, the Service Architect will work closely with Sales and Services Teams to provide advice regarding the most appropriate implementation approach and ensure successful handoffs. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Business, MIS, IS, Education or related) required 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success, Sales, Consulting, or Account Management Advanced knowledge of the effort and process for implementation to inform the nature of the Statements of Work for Implementation, Upgrade, Reimplementation and/or Company Site addition Projects 5+ years of experience of manufacturing systems expertise is required, Epicor or similar 5+ years of direct manufacturing experienceProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Vizio, Outlook, and Teams Ability to travel up to 30% for customer engagements To be successful in this role, you must:
