Service Day Architect - Scheduling & Customer Experience

Tony’s Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking a Service Coordinator who matches technicians to calls, keeps the schedule flowing, and ensures customers have a positive experience. The role requires quick thinking in a fast-paced environment, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.

You’ll work closely with the Service Manager, prepare technicians for calls, and maintain detailed customer records while supporting administrative tasks.
