ServiceNow Solution Architect Senior - GRC/IRM

Role Overview

We are seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect (GRC/IRM) to lead end-to-end migration of legacy GRC platforms to ServiceNow GRC and IRM. The role involves solution architecture, migration strategy, roadmap design, and delivery leadership for large-scale enterprise transformation programs. This is a strategic + hands-on architecture rol responsible for aligning legacy Archer implementations with scalable, modern ServiceNow GRC solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Migration Strategy & Architecture

Lead assessment of existing Archer GRC implementation (risk, audit, compliance, TPRM modules) and define migration approach

Create end-to-end migration roadmap including discovery, data transformation, and cutover strategy.

Define target ServiceNow IRM architecture, including data model, workflows, and integrations
