The ServiceNow Architect defines total systems design and technology maturity constraints in accordance with mission requirements; develops network and system element architecture and design and interface definitions; defines network and system implementation approach and operational concept; develops models and architectural guidelines for current and future network and system development; and ensures requirements are met and evaluates performance with customer. Interfaces with the user(s) and all other stakeholders in order to determine their needs.Generates the highest level of requirements, based on the user's needs and other constraints such as cost and schedule.Performs cost-benefit analyses to determine whether requirements are best met by manual, software, or hardware functions; making maximum use of commercial off-the-shelf or already developed components.Designs and develops solutions to applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns.Develops partitioning algorithms (and other processes) to allocate all present and foreseeable requirements into discrete partitions such that a minimum of communications is needed among partitions, and between the user and the system. The ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise‑scale ServiceNow solutions in support of a USAF program. Provide SME‑level support on network infrastructure and network hardware.Implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices.Create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning.Apply strong understanding of network protocols, LAN/WAN technologies, and network security.Diagnose and resolve network issues with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. High School Degree with 12+ yrs experienceClearance Level: Top Secret with SCI Eligibility (TS/SCI) 10+ years of experience includingServiceNow architecture, configuration, workflow development, and platform enhancements.Establishing and executing platform governance.Evaluating operational and strategic demands against platform capabilities and leading practices.Translating technical and business requirements into architectural blueprints.Working directly with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and map requirements to ServiceNow capabilities.Creating architectural blueprints for federal agencies.Leading ServiceNow version upgrades.Deep understanding of overall ServiceNow platform architecture.Network security, LAN/WAN design, and network infrastructure documentation.Required Certifications:DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II (e.g., Sec+ CE, SSCP, CND, CCNA Security).Technical ExpertiseApp Engine Studio, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Predictive Intelligence Strong knowledge of CMDB and CSDM Experience with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines integrated with ServiceNow.
