We are committed to creating tailored solutions that help our clients excel in an ever‑evolving digital landscape.Role Overview We are looking for a hands‑on Service Now Architect – HRSD with deep expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to lead the design, enhancement, and governance of medium to large‑scale enterprise implementations.Minimum Qualifications Possess at least 10 years of IT industry experience, including 6+ years specifically dedicated to the Service Now platformDemonstrated track record of delivering HRSD implementations within large‑scale enterprise environmentsStrong technical expertise in providing hands‑on support and driving enhancements for live HRSD production landscapesKey Responsibilities Architecture & Solution DesignOwn end‑to‑end architecture for Service Now HRSD solutions including Employee Lifecycle, Case Management, and Knowledge ManagementDesign scalable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture, security, and data governance standardsDrive standardization across HR services, workflows, and operating modelsHands‑on Development & EnhancementsActively contribute to development, configuration, and customization on the Service Now platformLead enhancements across existing HRSD implementations with focus on stability, scalability, and reuseTroubleshoot complex issues across production and pre‑production environmentsPlatform Governance & OptimizationDefine and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and peer review practicesManage technical debt, ensure upgrade readiness, and improve platform performanceDrive continuous improvement across the HRSD landscapeIntegration & Data ManagementArchitect integrations with HR systems such as Success Factors, SAP, Docu Sign, and a variety of enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, and Integration HubEnsure strong data security through ACLs, encryption, and compliance controlsUpgrades & Platform SupportLead Service Now platform upgrades including planning, impact analysis, testing, and rolloutEnsure minimal disruption to business during upgrades and releasesWork closely with Service Now Support to troubleshoot product issues, raise HI tickets, and drive resolutionPerform root cause analysis and implement long‑term fixes for platform issuesDelivery & CollaborationPartner with HR, business stakeholders, and offshore delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable solutionsMentor developers and ensure high‑quality engineering practicesSupport both project delivery and sustainment tracksHRSD Functional & Technical ExpertiseHR Case Management including case lifecycle, task orchestration, SLAs, and templatesHR Knowledge Management including lifecycle, access controls, and knowledge‑driven self‑serviceEmployee Lifecycle Events including onboarding, offboarding, and cross‑functional workflowsEmployee Service Center and service catalog configurationHR Agent Workspace configuration and optimizationStrong understanding of HR data model, COEs, and sensitive data handlingPlatform & Engineering ExpertiseStrong scripting experience including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI PoliciesWorkflow automation using Flow Designer and PlaybooksIntegration experience using REST, SOAP, and Integration HubExperience with Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, or Now Assist is a plusStrong debugging, performance tuning, and system optimization skillsPlatform OperationsExperience handling Service Now upgrades, patching, and release managementExperience working with Service Now Support including HI tickets and product issue resolutionWhat We Offer A collaborative culture fostering innovation and professional growth.Opportunities to work on high‑impact projects with globally recognized brands.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Flexible work environment with opportunities to shape the future of digital transformation.CompensationThe anticipated base pay range for this position is…
