:Roles & Responsibilities

:· Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, that meet client needs and industry best practices

.· Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects

.· Perform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations, offering recommendations for improvements

.· Responsible for developing/administering technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond

.· Applies Good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform while making informed recommendations to process users

.· Applies innovative technology to business processes to develop new solutions and troubleshoot issue

s· Consults with business analyst/Process Leaders to develop appropriate technical solutions in Service No

w· Follows up on outstanding development needs and provides timely status reports to the project manage

r· Advises on options, risk and impacts on business/ITIL processes

.Qualification

sBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in ServiceNow architecture, development, and administration.Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform design, custom applications, integrations, CMDB/CSDM, and workflow automation.Proven success leading enterprise ServiceNow implementations and platform assessments.Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM best practices and their technical application within ServiceNow.Hands-on experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and security/access controls.Ability to provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and advise stakeholders on solution options, risks, and impacts.ServiceNow CSA required; CAD and CIS certifications strongly preferred.Experience in hospitality or other large, complex enterprise environments preferred
