Job Title: ServiceNow Architect Job Location: Harrisburg, PA (Onsite) .· Responsible for developing/administering technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond .· Applies innovative technology to business processes to develop new solutions and troubleshoot issue sBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in ServiceNow architecture, development, and administration.Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform design, custom applications, integrations, CMDB/CSDM, and workflow automation.Proven success leading enterprise ServiceNow implementations and platform assessments.Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM best practices and their technical application within ServiceNow.Hands-on experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and security/access controls.Ability to provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and advise stakeholders on solution options, risks, and impacts.ServiceNow CSA required; CAD and CIS certifications strongly preferred.Experience in hospitality or other large, complex enterprise environments preferred
