Leading solution design and architecture for enterprise ServiceNow initiatives, the full-time salaried ServiceNow Architect will manage end-to-end solution architecture across ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and CMDB, while providing technical leadership and guiding development teams. Key responsibilities Own end-to-end solution architecture for assigned workstreams across ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and CMDB Design and govern data models, workflows, business rules, UI/UX, and platform configurations Architect integrations with internal and external systems, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards Required qualifications 7+ years of ServiceNow experience with strong architecture and solution design expertise Hands-on experience across ITSM, CSM, ITOM, CMDB, and platform integrations Proven experience with ServiceNow platform migrations or multi-instance consolidation Strong CSDM, CMDB, and enterprise data model design experience Experience designing integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and related technologies
