Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to support ITSM, ITAM, and change management needs across DC Government IT projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions and design documents. Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including technical architecture, data models, workflows, and integrations with other enterprise systems. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Configure and develop ServiceNow modules (such as ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD, PPM, and SPM) using JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, and CSS. Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, MID Servers, and other protocols, ensuring data integrity and security. Optimize the performance and scalability of ServiceNow implementations by identifying and implementing tuning measures. Ensure ServiceNow solutions comply with governance, security, and compliance requirements, including access controls and audit mechanisms. Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and configuration guides; deliver training and knowledge transfer to team members and end-users. Advise management on technology strategy, system design, and feasibility of future projects; assist in the development of IT systems roadmaps for the enterprise. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, and best practices; obtain and leverage relevant certifications (CTA, CIS preferred). Support public sector requirements, including onsite work and in-person interviews, as needed within the DC Metro area.
