Only W2 Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to support ITSM, ITAM, and change management needs across DC Government IT projects. Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including technical architecture, data models, workflows, and integrations with other enterprise systems. Configure and develop ServiceNow modules (such as ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD, PPM, and SPM) using JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, and CSS. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, and best practices; obtain and leverage relevant certifications (CTA, CIS preferred).
