About the position

State of Michigan engagement staffed through Stafford Gray. The client needs a senior ServiceNow resource to own platform level architecture decisions, not just module configuration.

Responsibilities

Own platform architecture: data model, integrations, security, scalabilityGuide implementation across modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM as applicable) and set platform standardsLead technical design reviews and governanceOversee integrations with other state systems (REST/SOAP, MID server, SSO/LDAP)Mentor technical consultants and developers on the platform teamTranslate business requirements into scalable, supportable architectureRequirements

Significant ServiceNow experience at an architecture level, not just configurationServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA); Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferredExperience across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM)Integration experience: REST/SOAP, SSO/LDAP, MID serverNice-to-haves
