Location: Remote Job Description Needing a ServiceNow Architect to oversee custom applications on ServiceNow Platform of a prominent global company.The ServiceNow Architect provides vision and leadership in the architecture, design, and implementation of an innovative and differentiated service management offering leveraging App engine studio. Must Have Skills & Experience 8+ years of relevant experience with ServiceNow required.3+ years' experience with Java Script required.ServiceNow System Administrator certification required.At least 2 years in assessment, building & designing custom applications on ServiceNow.In depth knowledge of Custom Workspace is a mustCSA is a mustActive CSA + 2 Mainline certificationsHands-on development experience of ServiceNow scripting like Business Rule, Script includes, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, Email Inbound At least 2 of the below required: CIS - ITSM certificationCIS - CSM certificationCertified Application Developer (ServiceNow).CIS - Risk and Compliance certification.Very good experience of REST and SOAP based integration, scripted REST and SOAP API creation.Prior experience in leading technical governance boards and solution reviewsExpert in working on Performance AnalyticsThorough understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes such as Incident, Problem, Change and Request Fulfillment.Knowledge of integration Hub required.Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices Good to Have Experience in ServiceNow Mobile app developmentAdvanced knowledge of CSDM & CMDBITIL Foundations certification preferred.Knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory.Experience with HTML codingKnowledge of Jelly script strongly preferred.Excellent collaboration skills including analysis, brainstorming, communication, teamwork.Ability and willingness to lead.Self-starter and innovator.
