Solution Delivery & Design Lead and support projects for existing Acxiom clients and new logo customers, including ongoing solution consulting and enhancement management. Maintain deep knowledge of Acxiom Delivery Methodology, including design, project management, and change management. Provide feedback to product and business teams to enhance offerings and meet evolving client needs. Partner with account management and internal teams to communicate solution value and drive client success. Minimum 2 years experience with change management procedures.
