Solution Architect

Act as Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) subject matter expert Hands-on experience with one or more CLM tools/products such as: Agiloft, Icertis, Sirion, Apttus, Conga, DocuSign CLM, SpringCM, etc Experience implementing signature tools such as: Adobe Sign, DocuSign, etc Well-versed in business process mapping, workflow diagrams, template assembly, merge field mapping, and configuration of CLM tools Ability to create and maintain well-written artifacts such as process flows, user stories, and design documentation. Design scalable and reliable solutions Managing the implementation/development of the solution Serve as a liaison between the business and the development teams Refine business requirements and manage business priorities while ensuring scope alignment.
