Solution Architect

OverviewThe Solution Architect designs domain and solution-level architectures aligned with enterprise standards while managing system integrations that enable seamless interaction across multiple business platforms. This role evaluates business processes to identify opportunities for improved system alignment and efficiency, and works closely with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions. The Solution Architect also develops system architecture documentation, process flows, and integration diagrams while ensuring all solutions meet security, performance, and scalability standards.ResponsibilitiesDesign and oversee end-to-end system integrations to support seamless interactions across multiple business systemsAnalyze business processes, identifying areas of system overlap and ensuring optimized system integrationsCollaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient solutionsDevelop and maintain system interaction diagrams, process flows, and architecture documentationEnsure compliance with security, scalability, and performance standards across all integrated solutionsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field7+ years of experience in solution architecture, with expertise in system integrations and cross-system processesStrong understanding of system architecture design, APIs, and middleware solutionsExperience with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, POS, and analytics systemsProven ability to align technical solutions with business objectives and deliver measurable resultsRetail or grocery industry experience strongly preferred, with familiarity in key systems like POS, inventory management, and loyalty platforms#J-18808-Ljbffr
