Leads the development of AI agents for FinOps, CloudOps, Patching, Upgrades, and Knowledge Management while driving AWS and VMware modernization initiatives. Proven ability to deliver intelligent, automated infrastructure solutions that improve operational efficiency, optimize costs, and accelerate digital transformation.
