Solution Architect Team Lead

Leading a team of Solution Architects, the full-time remote Solution Architect Team Lead will oversee complex customer engagements, mentor team members, and bridge communication between R&D and go-to-market teams while driving the deployment of Cyera's platform in enterprise environments. Key responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Solution Architects, providing guidance and professional development Act as the primary liaison between R&D and field teams, ensuring technical requirements and product feedback are effectively communicated Design and troubleshoot complex customer deployments of Cyera's platform, operationalizing data scanning and protection capabilities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 5+ years of experience in a Solution Architect, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting role, preferably in data security or cloud platforms 2+ years in a leadership position with a proven track record of mentoring engineers/architects Deep familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and experience securing workloads Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
