We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for an enterprise contact-center modernization program.
🔹 Must-Have Skills:
7–10+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform experience.Strong architecture experience with Dynamics 365 Contact Center and/or Dynamics 365 Customer Service.Omnichannel contact-center architecture across voice, IVR, chat, email, and virtual agents.Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure services, and enterprise API integrations.Intelligent routing, case management, knowledge management, and agent workflows.Enterprise security, scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery.🔹 Preferred Skills:
Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI.Microsoft Teams Voice, Azure Communication Services, and SIP.PCI-compliant payment integrations, PCI Pal, or similar solutions.Tolling, transportation, government, utilities, or financial services experience.Preferred Certifications: PL-600, MB-230, AZ-305.
