Background in performance engineering, observability, and production reliability — you’ve been the person who gets paged, and you’ve built systems to prevent that Experience evaluating and integrating AI/ML capabilities into enterprise software platforms, including LLM APIs (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI) with both structured and unstructured data.
