The Role

Provide technical leadership in the design and integration of advanced Modeling and Simulation (M&S) environments. Translate Joint doctrine and operational requirements into scalable system architectures and simulation scenarios. Serve as a senior technical advisor for designing, integrating, and validating complex M&S environments. Collaborate with government stakeholders, military subject matter experts, and technical teams to develop innovative solutions. Design and develop tiered training exercises ranging from tactical-level operations to operational-level Joint Air Operations Center (JAOC) activities. Advise government leadership on the operational realism and doctrinal accuracy of M&S environments.

What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience. Demonstrated ability to analyze existing technical infrastructures and develop scalable system-of-systems architectures. Experience identifying technical gaps, assessing solution alternatives, and developing architectural recommendations. Ability to translate operational military planning, Joint doctrine, and TTPs into simulation requirements and technical solution designs. Experience ensuring doctrinal accuracy and operational realism within Modeling and Simulation environments. Experience designing and executing military training exercises and simulation-based learning activities.
