To support complex customer solutions, the remote Solutions Architect will manage end-to-end processes from pre-sales discovery through implementation, translating enterprise requirements into executable designs while collaborating across multiple teams. Key responsibilities Translate customer requirements and workflows into clear solution designs and implementation-ready artifacts Partner with account executives and managers to lead discovery sessions and deliver tailored demos for enterprise stakeholders Ensure successful implementation of solution designs by proactively resolving gaps and troubleshooting issues across various platforms Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or enterprise implementation in complex B2B environments Strong ability to translate ambiguous requirements into scalable solution designs Experience with enterprise customers in tech-enabled services and customer onboarding Hands-on troubleshooting experience across platform configuration and integrations Background in contingent workforce, EOR, AOR, staffing, or talent platforms is a strong plus
