Role Overview: As a Solutions Architect at Verint, you will play a pivotal role in steering the technical roadmap for the development of cutting-edge platforms and applications. You will be responsible for the design, development, testing, launch, and support of various cloud-based products and solutions, lending your expertise to customer implementations and cloud platform support. Additionally, you will engage in hands-on coding to support new initiatives and collaborate with a talented, global team of engineers to create robust solutions that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement cloud-native architectures while promoting best practices in software development. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development team members, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and product goals. Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and roadmaps. Drive continuous integration and delivery through a test-driven approach to product development. Maintain clear communication of designs and architectures that cater to various audiences. Adopt service-oriented architecture (SOA) and Microservices to create highly available and scalable cloud services. Oversee the management of architectural documentation, ensuring best practices for API strategies and third-party tools. Participate in critical production incidents, providing architectural insights and solutions for efficient incident management. Contribute to cloud cost optimization by making informed architecture decisions that enhance performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 8 years of software design and development experience, including providing architecture or technical leadership for complex SaaS products. 5+ years of experience with cloud-native architectures and technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and more. Deep understanding of relational and NoSQL databases. Expertise in programming languages, particularly Java and NodeJS. Experience designing modern frontend applications using ReactJS. Ability to guide and mentor teams on architectural best practices and technical decision-making. Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
