In this role, you will support technical architecture efforts and contribute to the design and delivery of distributed systems that enable near real-time analysis and mission insight. Location: Patrick Space Force Base, FL. Support the design and implementation of cloud-based platforms and distributed systemsContribute to architecture decisions across cloud infrastructure, networking, and system designWork shoulder to shoulder with engineers and stakeholders to translate mission needs into technical solutionsBuild, deploying, and troubleshooting cloud-native applications and servicesSupport the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflowsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver practical solutionsProduce and maintain technical documentation for system design and architecture decisionsParticipate in technical discussions and contribute to solution design and tradeoff analysisSupport integration efforts across services, APIs, and platform componentsWork with delivery teams to ensure solutions align with mission needs and timelinesREQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 4+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, or architecture rolesExperience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)Experience with containerized environmentsExperience with Python and strong programming ability in a typed language (Java, Kotlin, C#, etc.
