Solutions Architect

This position will play a key technical leadership role in transitioning legacy systems to Salesforce while supporting highly available, business-critical applications. Lead end-to-end architecture and technical design of enterprise Salesforce solutions.Design solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL).Conduct Salesforce org health checks and platform assessments and recommend improvements.Apply Salesforce architecture best practices and the Well-Architected Framework.Lead Design & Discovery sessions with technical and business stakeholders.Develop proof-of-concepts to validate technical approaches and proposed solutions.Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.Technical Leadership Set technical direction for large, mission-critical applications.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and other technical team members.Review technical designs and ensure development aligns with established architecture.Troubleshoot complex application, integration, security, and performance issues.Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to development practices, tools, and platform capabilities.Development & Integration Lead the design and development of Salesforce applications, services, and integrations.Coordinate integrations between Salesforce, enterprise applications, databases, external partners, and hosting platforms.Work with SQL, Java, APIs, and web services in support of enterprise integrations.Support legacy application modernization and migration to Salesforce.Ensure application security is incorporated throughout solution design and development.DevOps & Delivery 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, SQL, Java, and web services development.5+ years of experience gathering and analyzing technical and business requirements.Strong experience designing enterprise Salesforce solutions.Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge of branching strategies, automated code reviews, testing, and deployment practices.Strong experience with enterprise integrations and web services.Excellent technical leadership and troubleshooting skills.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.2–3 Salesforce certifications required.Highly Preferred
