📝 Rquirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- 15+ years of experience with relevant programming languages, software development principles, and large-scale architecture leadership.
- Demonstrated success leading major architectural initiatives and guiding enterprise-level technical direction.
- Preferred experience building and leading high-performing architecture teams.
- Strong ability to make independent decisions on complex design challenges and long-term technology strategy.
- Proven influence over strategic architectural decisions across the organization.
- Ability to escalate major strategic matters or significant technical risks to senior leadership when needed.

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are:
- We design end-to-end technical solutions that solve business problems and support organizational goals.
- We convert business needs into scalable, secure, and dependable architectural designs.
- We produce system diagrams, architecture blueprints, and technical documentation that define solution structure, components, and integrations.
- We evaluate constraints such as performance, scalability, and cost to select the most suitable technology stack within our ecosystem.
- We provide technical direction and advisory support to development teams throughout the full project lifecycle.
- We communicate solution intent and business impact clearly to both business stakeholders and technical partners.
- We identify architectural risks, including security gaps, scaling concerns, and integration challenges, and take steps to reduce them.
- We analyze solution performance after implementation and recommend improvements for optimization.
- We document best practices and share knowledge to strengthen team capability.
- We troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the solution design and implementation.
- We oversee the solution lifecycle from delivery through maintenance and ongoing enhancement.
- We ensure solutions comply with applicable standards, regulations, and internal policies.
- We collaborate closely with Technical Project Managers, Engineers, Scrum Masters, and other partners to deliver successful outcomes.
