Should have done BY/JDA ESP/OP implementations with hands-on experience.Validate the design done by the Implementation Partner. Is not expected to do any config work in BY.Good communication skills.Assertive personality.Should be able to present to client’s Executive team on what is seeing with the BY engagement – improvement areas, leading practices, risks, dependencies, etc.Plan the Testing (SIT/UAT) strategy, defect triage, and ensure solution quality through signoffsReview the quality of the Planning results. Define non-functional requirements: performance, scalability, security, monitoring, resilience.
