You’ll architect AI-powered solutions, not just use AI as a feature — it’s woven into how we design and buildTAG is building the foundational platforms for a $15B+ enterprise — your designs will scale across 40+ districtsYou’ll work across problem domains: internal platforms, district tools, AI governance, and SAP integrationStrong mentorship culture: direct access to senior architects with deep Azure, AI, and enterprise experienceWe practice what we preach — our own development process uses AI agents, automated specs, and structured verification Pair regularly with senior architects on design sessions, trade-off analysis, and stakeholder communicationParticipate in TAG’s architecture review board and contribute to enterprise patterns libraryAccess to learning resources, conference attendance, and certification supportClear progression path to Senior Solutions Architect based on demonstrated architectural leadershipOpportunity to define new patterns at the intersection of AI, governance, and enterprise software Our team deploys technology solutions to the field and home office departments that increase profitability by maximizing the way we use our people and resources in daily operations, KTG uses systems and tools that manage every part of Kiewit’s business and lifecycle of a project to improve planning and day-to0day execution in the field by giving our people real-time data to make faster, smarter decisions.
