Solutions Architect IV

1Finity is seeking a Solution Architect IV to be responsible for the deployment, implementation and migration of new and existing layer 2 and layer 3 network network elements, across multiple OEM vendor platforms and across a wide array of customers in the telecom, public and private sector. Vendor experience needed for this role include a focus on Juniper, Cisco, Nokia and/or Ciena routing solutions. Perform and lead field teams in network migrations, field testing and testing of applicable network protocols as needed per network design. 7+ years experience with a deep understanding of OSI Layer 3 protocols and migration experience, with a general understanding of Layer 1 & 2 technologies including but not limited to longhaul DWDM transport elements, MPLS routed traffic, fixed fiber access, and metro Ethernet services from design, through integration, test and turn up, and operations. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
