Experience designing cloud-native solutions, agentic workflows, and composable platforms.Cross-Functional Influence: Experience leading and aligning multi-disciplinary pods (e.g., Product, UX/Design, Data Science, Mobile, etc).AI Integration: Practical experience with Generative AI and Agentic Frameworks to solve business problems and optimize internal development processes.Consulting Skills: Deep experience in client-facing roles, including requirement clarification, technical roadmap development, and "buy vs. build" analysis.Delivery Excellence: Establishing the organizational and technical frameworks required for successful solution adoption and maintenance.
