The Specification Writer supports the preparation and coordination of technical specifications and project manuals across a variety of building types and project phases. This role ensures that project specifications are accurate, comprehensive and aligned with architectural drawings and client requirements.Responsibilities: Prepare architectural specifications for construction projects in coordination with project teams. 3+ years of experience writing architectural specifications or working in a technical architecture role. Base salary up to 80k/year.
