The 6000-square-foot ground floor of the building is transparent and open with restaurants and other commercial spaces that offer a view from Spring Street through to balcony seats on the park side. Patrons can enjoy dinner while overlooking the park, Shiloh Square, and the many concerts and festivals. Above the ground floor are 20 housing units, 11 two-story townhouse apartments, and 9 studio and efficiency units. The development is expected to complete by January 2025.
