Sr AI System Architect (Outcome-Based AI)

We're building production-grade AI operational infrastructure designed to create measurable business outcomes, improve operational velocity, enhance executive decision-making, and support scalable autonomous workflows across the enterprise. The Senior AI Systems Architect will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade AI operational systems integrating: Develop production-grade testing methodologiesImplement AI guardrails and escalation logicEnsure operational transparency and auditabilitySupport data governance and compliance requirementsBuild systems resilient to hallucination and workflow failureRequired Qualifications Deep experience with OpenAI APIs and LLM architecturesStrong understanding of AI orchestration frameworksExperience with one or more of:Microsoft FoundryLangChainLangGraphCrewAIAutoGen Semantic KernelMicrosoft Copilot Studioor similar frameworksExperience with vector databases and retrieval systemsStrong API integration experienceStrong Python development capabilitiesExperience with Azure AI and Microsoft GraphExperience with workflow orchestration platforms
